Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Text Messaging & SMS Communications

AC Clinic may communicate with you via SMS (text message) regarding appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, lab results, treatment follow-ups, billing questions, and customer support. I consent to receive marketing and promotional messages including special offers, discounts, new product updates among others.from Aesthetic Creator  Clinic at the phone number provided.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
